Telur rendang

Recipes - Telur Rendang

ingredients:

     8 eggs
     5 pcs onion
     2 pcs garlic
     1 / 2 segment galangal
     4 pcs red chilies
     1 / 2 segment of turmeric
     1 turmeric leaf lbr
     ginger


How to cook:

     Blend all the spices except the ginger and turmeric leaves
     Enter a little oil and saute until fragrant smell
     Cooked in thick coconut milk and then enter the egg that has been boiled beforehand.
     Crushed ginger and turmeric leaf and enter into a cuisine
     Cook until the oil out and somewhat dry.
     Remove and serve.
